Graduate and Post-Doctoral research program
A priority of the Center is to provide graduate student support. This level of support is expected to continue in the future. Students interested in MS or Ph.D. work in the Center should contact one of the faculty.
Undergraduate programs
The Center for Electro-Optics and Functionalized Surfaces encourages undergraduate students to become involved in research. There are numerous ways in which students can get involved with research. Electrical engineering offers undergraduate research support for seniors interested in performing research. Numerous students have been able to be involved in research through funding from the J. A. Woollam foundation and the UCARE program.
Faculty in the center have money for support of undergraduates from individual research grant and contracts.
